The prices include bed linen, bath towels and tea towels plus water and electricity.

Outside of the traditional holiday periods, it may be possible to rent the property for long weekends.
A deposit of 15% of total rental will be payable in order to reserve the property. A security deposit of £100 will also be required but this will be refunded at the end of the holiday providing there have been no breakages or damage to the property.
